Learn Raiz Setups, And How To Swing Into Gainer Tricks

Raiz & Intro to Gainer

Raiz is a popular trick often picked up by beginners, but many find it a little awkward. Then you have the folks who can raiz ok, but the touchdown version seems to make it awkward. Learn how to build a raiz from scratch, or from different skills you might have already such as an aerial. Learn how to replace awkwardness with control, increase inversion and maintain balance. You'll also need a gainer to add on the end of your setup, which is one of the primary skills of this package; you can start the gainer (safely) from scratch by landing a beginner version, then learn how to increase inversion gradually to make it more aesthetic.

Novice Cheat Kicks Teaser

Upgrade your Basic Kick Tricks like Tornado and Tsunami

Cheat 720 & 540 Kick

Do you lose your balance when you do a cheat 720? Have you tried to land a tornado "on the kicking leg," like they said on YouTube? Maybe you can sometimes land a 540 kick, but it's not consistent or it's too difficult to control. Learn the foundation for building these skills correctly, with the help of smaller pieces and the true (as in "universal, works for everybody") technique of how to make that kick leg available for landing. Improve your control and combo your kicks to perfection! A bonus TrueTorial lesson on the jacknife variation is included!

Roundoff or Cartwheel to Any Back Rotation

Back Handspring/Flip

Are you nervous or afraid to jump backward over your own head? That tends to happen when you don't know if you'll make it over safely. Learn how to build back rotations from the ground up (literally). Start with a simple shift in body weight and develop into a handspring first then eventually a flip. Learn how to apply any back rotation safely with momentum as in a tumbling pass with hurdle & roundoff setup. No spotters, equipment, or crashing required.

900s Novice+ Teaser

Learn to control any “900“ from any takeoff

Back/Cheat/Swing 9

“Wrap your arms tight.” “Spot your target.” “Keep your chest/back up.” Tried those already, and need something a little more detailed? Not all “900s” are created equal; some are in-air 360°s, while others might be 540° or somewhere in-between. Learn how to identify the difference, and use that knowledge to help you learn to control your vert spins with 100% consistency. If you picked up round and tornado kick but got stuck when the rotation went up, this package is for you!

From an Aerial, into a Webster, into a Btwist

Build A Butterfly Twist

You've heard it before: "do a butterfly, then add a twist." It sounds too simple... because it is. So much more has to go into a butterfly twist in order to avoid all the most common problems like crashing or spinning upright. If you tried to upgrade from just butterfly and found it challenging you're not alone; this package contains more than an hour of partial progressions upward from butterfly to halfway points like megafly and semitwist, that most people don't realize are vital pieces of the puzzle needed to truly unlock your Btwist!

Twisting Flips Trailer

Turn vert kicks to horizontal twists

Full & Cork

Kick over your shoulder, wrap your arms tight and spot the landing. Start with no rotation or inversion, but fully controlled landings. Simple vertical kicks on the ground are then converted into horizontal twist variations without much rotation, again with controlled landings. Using those twist kick variations you can add enough rotation to pull off a full or a cork, without crashing! A bonus lesson introducing the gainer is included as a pre-requisite to building up to corkscrew.
